I remember a BMW in "The Day After", the 1983 movie which speculated on what the
world would be like following a 20-minute long WW3. The young man, who was to
marry the farmer's daughter the following day, rode an R100RS. I think it was
two tone red and silver. Sharp bike, damned shame it was vaporized when the
missiles hit...
